2017 Cost Vs. Value Report

The 2017 Home Remodeling Cost vs. Value report is out.  If you are thinking about doing any home improvement projects in the future, you should look at this report.  Also a great report for Realtors in order to help educate your clients on what will best help them increase value in their homes and/or what will help them sell quicker. 

The 2017 Remodeling Cost vs. Value Report, produced by Remodeling magazine in cooperation with the National Association of REALTORS® and REALTOR® Magazine, provides estimated costs for 36 mid-range or upscale home-improvement projects, along with the percentage of cost that owners can expect to recoup when they sell. Projects range from a new deck to a master suite addition.
