First of all CORE Remodeling Services, Inc. would like to thank all our Veterans and active Service Members for all they have done and do for us. With that said, we decided to help in a way that we can by assisting our veterans with remodeling, renovations and adapting thier homes to specific needs for veterans and thier families.

CORE Remodeling Services, Inc. is proud to announce that as of Spring 2018 we are an SAH (specialty adapted housing) and a SHA (specialty housing adaption) remodeling/renovation/adaption approved contractor for the Veteran Affairs (VA) Loan Guaranty Program. We do government grant work in Worcester County and Central Massachusetts on behalf of our veterans. Anything we can do to help you, we will. It is the least we can do. The VA provides housing grants to Service members and Veterans with certain permanent and total service-connected disabilities to help purchase or construct an adapted home or modify an existing home to accommodate a disability. Two programs that exist are the Specially Adapted Housing (SAH) grant and the Special Housing Adaptation (SHA) grant.

These grants can help with accessibility with the use of ramps, barrier free living and widening of doors, adapted kitchens and bathrooms, improved flooring to prevent slipping, addition of windows and doors and much more.
