Minimum Project Requirements & Service Clarifications
Please note the following minimum project requirements:
General Carpentry: For all carpentry or exterior siding projects, we require a minimum estimated project size of $25,000. Small repair work may be considered only for returning customers or as part of a larger project. We do not offer handyman services.
Windows & Doors: We require a minimum of 2 entrance-type doors and 8 replacement windows for all window and door installations. We only install windows and doors purchased through our company and do not accommodate installations of customer-supplied products. Additionally, we do not perform repairs on windows or doors outside of a full replacement.
