Mudroom Addition- Oakham MA
We enclosed the porch and framed the mudroom according to the final plans. Additionally, we installed shingles and seamlessly tied it into the existing roof structure. The project also included the installation of a Provia Spectrum Storm Door measuring 36 x 80, along with a set of (2) Vinyl Prime Windows sized 56 x 46, and another set of (2) Vinyl Prime Windows measuring 30 x 54. Inside, a new tile floor was laid using Montauk Black 12x12 tiles and Black granite 6x72 tiles with Raven grout. To enhance the lighting, we ran new wiring and fitted 5 recessed lights equipped with dimmer switches. Lastly, rain gutters and downspouts were installed to ensure proper drainage.
