Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling Project - Millbury MA

This renovation project featured a stunning transformation of the kitchen, bar, dining room, bathroom, and laundry station, with attention to detail and premium materials throughout.

Kitchen Remodel:

For the kitchen, we installed JSI Essex Castle Grey solid wood cabinets with soft-close doors and drawers, paired with elegant brushed nickel hardware for a modern yet timeless look. The backsplash is Silverton Glass in the color Smoke, complemented by raven-colored grout, and finished with Antracite Schluter edging for a polished appearance.

The countertops throughout the kitchen, bar, and island are Misterio Polished Pental Quartz, while the dining room features Eternal Serena Quartz Silestone for added variety. The kitchen sink is a Kraus Kore Workstation with a 33" apron front, single-bowl stainless steel sink, paired with a Moen Align pre-rinse spring pulldown kitchen faucet in stainless steel for both style and functionality.

For the bar area, we installed a Kraus Kore Workstation 17" undermount single bowl sink with a Moen Align 1.5 GPM single-hole pull-down bar faucet featuring Reflex and Duralast technology. The island sink is also from the Kraus Kore line, with a 23" undermount single bowl sink, complemented by another Moen Align pull-down spray faucet.

Additionally, we included an InSinkErator digital instant hot water tank and filtration system, and two InSinkErator ESSENTIAL XTR garbage disposals with SoundSeal and MultiGrind technology for superior waste management.

Kitchen and Dining Room Lighting:

We enhanced the kitchen lighting with BELDI 1933-H Peak Ceiling Pendant Fixtures, including four lights over the island and one over the sink. In the dining room, we installed four Classic Brushed Dark Gray Modern Lantern Drum Mini Coastal Pendant Lights, which are LED-compatible, providing an elegant and contemporary touch.

Flooring:

For the kitchen, dining room, entranceway, and bathroom, we installed Floor Source Savoia Woodland Series glazed porcelain wood-look tiles in black, measuring 6"x39". The tiles were set with charcoal gray grout, creating a sleek and cohesive look throughout the spaces.

Bathroom and Laundry Station Remodel:

We renovated the bathroom and laundry station off the kitchen with JSI Essex Castle Grey solid wood cabinets featuring soft-close doors and drawers. The countertop is Enchanted Rock Quartz, providing a beautiful and durable surface.

For bathroom lighting, we installed two Kovacs Alecia's Tears Single Light 32" wide integrated LED vanity lights with frosted glass, offering modern lighting with a soft glow. The vanity sink is a Badeloft undermount ramp sink, paired with a Moen Doux Chrome two-handle high arc faucet for a clean, minimalist design. The bathroom was completed with three frameless Gatco mirrors, adding a touch of elegance and openness.

Review from our customer for this remodel - “Core was an absolute pleasure to work with. I decided to remodel my kitchen, half-bath, dining room and front hall (new floors, cabinets, laundry area, lighting, removed a load-bearing wall, and more) and chose Core to help me with it. They listened to my asks and needs, provided feedback and suggestions as we fine-tuned the design, and then made my vision become reality. They were able to deliver a functional kitchen prior to Thanksgiving, as requested, even with the supply chain issues that delayed availability of some items. The whole Core team, and their subs, were extremely professional and clean, and were incredibly responsive to changes or adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances or because I changed my mind about something. I would absolutely recommend them, and plan to use them again for my next remodeling project”. - Tony S. -
