Boylston Massachusetts - Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling/Renovation

Kitchen remodel in a house from the 1800’s in Boylston, MA. This involved major reconstruction of the original floor and wall framing, including new beams and supports, basement stairs, basement door and other work just to prepare for the interior project. The new kitchen included JSI Essex Castle Grey solid wood construction cabinets with soft close doors and drawers with Brushed Nickel Spectrum hardware. We installed a back splash with Westside Mosaics; Ciatolo Giada-Jade Pebble tile with the color Mist for the grout. We installed Polished Daltile Quartz countertops. The island top was made from native reclaimed wood from the 1800’s by our friends at Jarmak Reclaimed Wood in Oxford Ma. For the Kitchen sink we installed Iron Tones White Smart Divide Basin Sink with Duo strainer and a Delta 4197 AR DST Kitchen Faucet with Pullout Spray. Undercabinet lighting was added along with a Hines 13 1/2" Wide Pewter Pendant Light. The flooring came out beautiful in Kalos Stone Bianco Luxury Vinyl Tile 12x24 20 With Silverado Caulking . To finish the remodel we installed Provia Endure White Triple Casement and Double Hung Windows in order to see the beautiful mountains and fields.
Included Bathroom Remodel with laundry station off the kitchen, also with JSI Essex Castle Grey solid wood construction with soft close doors and drawers with Brushed Nickel Spectrum hardware with Datilie Quartz counter tops and a white rectangle undermount vanity sink. We installed a Delta widespread vanity faucet with drain. For accessories installed 24" inch Brushed Nickel Kelston towel bar and Kelston Tissue Holder. We also installed Bancroft Single Sconce vanity lights and a Kohler Memoirs Classic White Toilet with Pure warmth elongated seat.
