Front Porch Addition - Upton MA
Removed an existing front Pre-Cast landing and built a roofed front porch with a shed roof that ties into an A-Frame style roof towards the stairs. We installed support columns 8" load bearing round columns with a tapered shaft. Nice wide staircase built. New tapered support Columns. RDI Titian Pro Railings. Trex decking with PVC trim for a low maintenance porch skirted with PVC privacy lattice. Recessed and pendant lighting installed in a vinyl beaded ceiling.
