Two Bathroom Remodels - Northbridge, MA
Completely renovated existing Half bath and Master bath. We converted the Half bath by taking space from the existing master bedroom closet.
Master Bathroom: Custom walk in tile shower. The shower floor tile and niche is by Jeffrey Court Basalt Herringbone Gray 10 in. x 10.75. in Honed Basalt Wall Mosaic Tile. Shower wall and bathroom flooring is matte finish Pietra Carrara by MSI, 24 x 24. We added a linear drain by Signature Hardware Rowland 32". Shower door is Aston Langham 44-48" Wide x 35" Deep x 75" High Sliding Frameless Shower Enclosure with Clear Glass. The vanity is from Hardware Resources a 60" Addington Vanity White with a LAOS Cosentino Dekton leathered finish with 8" backsplash. The faucet as well as the shower fixtures and valves are all by Miseno. Miseno Elysa Pressure Balanced Shower System with 1.8 GPM Rain Shower Head, Hand Shower, Slide Bar, and Wall Mounted Rain Shower Arm Flat s a Miseno Modern Widespread all in black matte. The toilet is a Swiss Madison 1.28 GPF One Piece Elongated Chair Height. We also installed two new provia windows in this bathroom. We built custom barn doors for the closet and bathroom entrance.
Family Bathroom: Prefab shower/tub Sterling Ensemble 60" Vikrell Alcove with left drain, soaking tub, 3 walls, and 4 shelves. All Delta shower tub fixtures in Champagne Bronze. We tiled shower surround to ceiling in MSI Subway tile finish: Midnight 3X6X8MM. The vanity was from Hardware Resources, 24" Percival Vanity in Hale Blue with the Lavante vanity top. The faucet is a Vigo Satro 1.2 GPM single hole bathroom faucet in Matte Gold. The vanity lighting is in Aged Brass with Navy shades by Golden Lighting Orwell. Flooring was from MSI: Andover - Bayhill Blonde. The toilet is a Swiss Madison 1.28 GPF One Piece Elongated Chair Height.
