For the vanity install, we carefully selected a JSI White Recessed Shaker Style Door finished in Amesbury White, complemented by the elegance of Satin Nickel Square hardware. The countertop boasts luxurious quartz Viatera in the refined Everest design, polished to perfection with a 3 CM thickness and featuring a chic 4" backsplash. Adding to the sophistication, the Bathroom vanity faucet shines in the timeless Miseno Elysa Widespread Brushed Nickel finish. Illuminating the space, the vanity light fixture from Quoizel Nicholas expands 41 3/4" wide in Brushed Nickel, with a Floodwood Beveled Frameless Accent Mirror placed artfully below, completing the polished look.
A stunning custom tiled shower boasts a bench seat and a beautifully crafted custom frameless shower door. The shower enclosure features a ½” thick glass with all panels and door measuring 78” tall and a 26” wide door meticulously installed. The shower wall showcases the elegant Calacatta Azur 12x24 polished porcelain tile, while the bathroom and shower floor are adorned with the same tile in a matte finish, complemented by a Miseno 30” pattern grate linear drain. The custom shower bench coordinates seamlessly with the vanity top, made from quartz Viatera – Everest. Adding a touch of sophistication is the striking Bond Indio Blue Foliage matte porcelain mosaic accent tile. To complete the look, we included a Niche from Wilson Art and a White Cotton Composite Threshold for a flawless finish.
For the shower fixtures, we have carefully selected and installed the Delta 1.75 GPM Multi-Function Hand shower Package with Slide Bar, Hose, Holder, and ActivTouch Technology, ensuring it meets ADA Compliance standards. The toilet in this project features the Miseno Mia One-Piece High Efficiency design, equipped with an Elongated Chair Height Bowl and a soft close seat for added comfort. Additionally, all accompanying accessories belong to the elegant Delta Lahara collection, including a single robe hook, a 24” towel bar, a pivoting toilet tissue holder, and a wall-mounted towel ring.
