We transformed this existing bathroom by modernizing the fixtures and fittings and ensuring the electrical and plumbing systems were brought up to current code standards.

Shower Installation

The shower area now features a 30" x 60" Sterling Ensemble Medley Series shower surround with a right-hand drain, offering both durability and functionality. It’s complemented by the Symmons Temptrol shower valve system, which includes a sleek one-handle tub and shower faucet in an elegant satin nickel finish. A PBA Rectangle 60" curved shower rod adds both style and functionality to the space.

Vanity and Fixtures

For the vanity area, we installed the beautiful James Martin Brittany 60" Single Basin Poplar Wood Vanity with a Charcoal Soapstone Quartz top. The vanity is paired with a Miseno Elysa-V Widespread Bathroom Faucet in brushed nickel, creating a timeless and sophisticated look. Above the vanity, a Bristo GWHI rectangular mirror in glossy white adds a clean and polished touch.

Lighting and Accessories

To illuminate the space, we installed the Justice Design Group Textile Single Light Sconce (7" wide) with a white woven fabric shade, providing soft, elegant lighting. The bathroom accessories include the Kohler Alteo collection, featuring a 24" towel bar, 18" towel bar, towel ring, single robe hook, tissue holder, and the complete Alteo Best Accessory Pack in brushed nickel for a cohesive, modern finish.

Toilet and Flooring

We included the ADA-compliant Kohler Cimarron toilet, which features a 1.6 GPF system and a soft-close white seat, ensuring accessibility and comfort. The flooring was upgraded with Luxury Vinyl Armstrong Athenian Travertine (12" x 12"), which boasts a textured stone appearance for both durability and style.
