Demolition and Prep Work
We began by stripping the bathroom down to the studs, carefully removing the existing toilet, vanity, and shower. The cast iron tub was disconnected and stored for future refinishing, preserving its charm for the updated design. The walls were stripped to the studs, leaving the ceiling intact, and the old flooring was removed to prepare for the new layout. Outdated plumbing systems, including cast iron, lead, and copper, were also removed to allow for modern replacements in this second-floor bathroom.

Vanity and Countertop
A Waypoint Painted Stone vanity was installed, paired with sleek Belcastel Polished Chrome Pulls from Hardware Resources, creating a contemporary and sophisticated finish. The vanity is topped with a stunning MSI Quartz Calacatta Miraggio Duo remnant, known for its elegant design and durability. The Moen Eva 1.2 GPM Deck Mounted Bathroom Faucet enhances the vanity’s functionality and style.

Lighting and Accessories
To provide warm, inviting illumination, we installed a Moen 3-Light Bathroom Sconce with Frosted Shades from the Eva Collection. Matching accessories, including a 24" Towel Bar, Towel Ring, Single Post Toilet Paper Holder, and Single Robe Hook, all from the Moen Eva Collection, create a cohesive and polished look.

Shower and Wetwall
The shower area features a seamless Augusta Calacatta Wetwall, constructed with high-quality materials for a luxurious appearance. The floor of the shower and the entire bathroom were finished with Paige Antracite 10" Hexagon Matte Cement Look Porcelain Tile, offering a sophisticated and timeless design. The Symmons Elm Pressure Balanced Shower System was installed, including a shower head, hand shower, shower arm, hose, and valve trim, delivering both performance and comfort.

We installed an American Standard Cadet 3 Elongated Two-Piece Toilet, featuring a concealed trapway, EverClean surface, and PowerWash rim for enhanced hygiene and ease of cleaning. A Miseno 23" x 30" Frameless Brushed Nickel Medicine Cabinet adds sleek and ample storage space.

Finishing Touches
To rejuvenate the space, we reglazed the existing cast iron tub, restoring its charm and elegance. The project was completed with the installation of a custom shower door, tying together the modernized design.
