Bathroom Remodel/Renovation - Maynard MA

Project: At CORE Remodeling Services, Inc., we recently completed a comprehensive renovation project that involved designing and revamping both a kitchen and a full bathroom. The highlight of this project was creating a spacious new opening between the kitchen and the dining room, which required framing a larger doorway and installing a sturdy support beam to maintain structural integrity. To enhance safety and efficiency, we upgraded the electrical system by setting up a state-of-the-art 200-amp panel complete with a grounding system and a whole-house surge protector.

Bathroom: In this beautifully designed bathroom, the vanity features Waypoint 650F Painted Linen cabinets adorned with Dominique Square Bar Pulls in a modern Matte Black finish by Hardware Resources. The elegant countertop choice is Cosmos Quartz Calacatta Sponda, complemented by a Kingston Brass Courtyard rectangular ceramic undermount sink and a sleek Pfister - Tenet 1.2 GPM Wall Mounted Widespread Bathroom Faucet. The focal point of the room is the stunning accent wall covered in Parry Teal Blue 3x8 Fish scale glossy ceramic wall tile from Tilebar. The functional yet stylish mirror is the Caskill 24 x 36 arch MDF framed black mirror by Kate and Laurel. Additional bathroom accessories, including a Symmons Dia Towel Bar, Robe Hook, Towel Ring, and Toilet Paper Holder, enhance the space. The ambiance is further enhanced by Rod LED Sconces in Dark Bronze from West Elm, while the toilet choice is the Eco UltraMax by TOTO, ensuring both style and sustainability in this thoughtfully curated space.

Custom tiled shower and flooring: The elegant shower features subway tiles in 4x12 white glossy by MSI, creating a timeless look. The shower floor showcases Meadowmere Black Hexagon 3" matte ceramic hexagon tiles by Tilebar, adding a modern touch. To enhance functionality, a corner seat and three shelves were installed, along with a threshold by Best Tile. Symmons' Dia pressure balanced shower system with a shower head, hand shower, slide bar, and hose guarantees a luxurious shower experience. The stunning DreamLine Enigma Air 56" - 60" W x 76" H frameless sliding shower door adds a sleek finish. Completing the project, the bathroom floor was adorned with Level White 1" Hexagon matte porcelain mosaic tiles by Tilebar, tying the whole space together seamlessly.
