Shower Installation

The renovation features a sleek Dreamline Prime Sliding Semi-Frameless Shower Enclosure (76-3/4” H x 33” W x 33” D) with clean white back walls. A Frameport Frosted Privacy Glass Interior Slab Door (24” x 80”) adds style and functionality, providing privacy while maintaining an elegant feel. The shower includes an Equinox Balance Valve Trim and Pressure Balance Valve Kit paired with a versatile 5-spray 2-in-1 showerhead with hose for a luxurious experience.

Vanity and Storage

A stylish River View 30” x 21” open shelf vanity with a crisp white ceramic top (31” x 22”) was installed, paired with a modern Ambiance Lighted Medicine Cabinet, offering ample storage and a bright, clean aesthetic.

Luxury Flooring and Radiant Heating

The floor was upgraded with luxury vinyl 12x12 Ivory EQ 10 glazed porcelain tiles, adding durability and elegance to the space. For enhanced comfort, a Schluter Radiant Floor Heating System with a programmable thermostat was installed, providing warmth and functionality year-round.

Additional Enhancements

To complete the transformation, we installed a new replacement Energy Star window to improve efficiency and natural light. Finishing touches include brushed nickel London accessories, creating a polished and cohesive look.
