We initiated the project by completely demolishing the bathroom until reaching the studs. Next, following the detailed plans, we skillfully framed and constructed a brand-new closet within the space, enhancing it further by installing convenient pocket doors.

We completed this stunning bathroom transformation by incorporating a beautifully crafted custom curbless tiled shower. To enhance the luxurious aesthetic, we meticulously selected MSI Pietra Carrara 12X24 Matte tiles for both the bathroom floor and shower wall, complemented by the polished MSI Pietra Carrara 12x24 tiles for the flooring. The OATEY Design line 32” Stainless Steel Linear Shower Drain with a Tile-In Pattern Drain Cover adds both functionality and style to the shower space. The shower door, measuring 48 L x 78 H x 1/2 inch thick, features tempered fixed glass with elegant gold hardware, upgraded with low-iron glass and a protective coating for durability. We incorporated Delta fixtures to complete the shower ensemble, including the Dryden Temp-Assure 17T Series Thermostatic Shower System with Integrated Volume Control, Shower Head, and Hand Shower, along with the Universal Showering Components Adjustable Wall Mounted Hand Shower Holder, all beautifully finished in Champagne Bronze.

The vanity countertops feature Hanstone Mercer Quartz, 3 cm polished with a 2” backsplash, adding a touch of sophistication to the bathroom space. Our team skillfully installed a 27” vanity sink base accompanied by a Toto undermount bathroom sink, complemented by a 36” ADA vanity featuring an undermount sink and a plumbing skirt in the elegant shade of Painted Vanilla. To enhance the aesthetic appeal, we included Brass Hardware pulls for a seamless finish. The Delta Dryden Single Hole Bathroom Faucet with Diamond Seal Technology in Champagne Bronze serves as a stylish and functional addition to the vanity. Furthermore, we carefully placed a 20’ x 40’ Kohler recessed mirror and a 20’ x 40’ Gold Mirror to elevate the overall design. Completing the look are three Greta 21” high warm brass wall sconces with linen shades, adding a warm and inviting glow to the space.

We completed the bathroom project by enhancing it with a range of Delta Dryden accessories, such as the Pivoting Tissue Holder, Towel Ring, Double Robe hook, 42” grab bar, and a 12” grab bar. Additionally, we integrated an Amba Radiant Hardwired Stainless-Steel Towel Warmer and a Kohler Highline Toilet complete with a soft close seat. To complement the overall design, custom teak shelving and a matching teak bench were expertly crafted and installed.
