Basement Remodel/Renovation- Sutton MA
We insulated exterior walls to code and installed Drycore 2x2' panel subflooring. The living areas were covered with plaster board and plastered to a smooth finish and the ceilings were textured. Installed 12 low profile LED lights in main living area and put them on dimmer switches. We installed skirts and MSI stair treads as well as the entire basement floor in MSI flooring in “Cyrus - Bembridge”. Doors were installed as well as the trim and base molding that were completed to match existing home style.
