Basement Remodel/Renovation - Southborough MA
Installed a Mitsubishi ductless Hyper heat pump system consisting of one wall unit and two ceiling cassette units. Insulated exterior walls to code. Roughed framed and covered with plaster board and walls plastered to a smooth finish. Closet interiors were completed in textured finish. 2 x 2' panel drop ceiling installed in main living area. Three double doors, two single doors installed and the door trim and base moulding was matched to existing home style as close as possible all have standard brushed nickel hardware. Closets are standard wood shelving painted. Installed built in cabinets under stairway with custom top built on game room side. Carpet in main living area and stairs with customer chosen E9959 Winter carpet and pad. Exercise areas have interlocking rubber Amorim Sports Flooring.
