Mudroom has coat closet and sitting bench. Bathroom has Bertch white vanity with quartz top and rectangle sink. Kohler Kelston faucet, accessories/towel holder & toilet paper holder and Kohler Corbelle elongated toilet. Exterior has Provia double hung, energy star windows and door. Replaced railings and decking with new Timbertech composite decking and white railings. Installed one new Techno Post helical pile footing and extended the roof over stairs. Installed new rain gutters. Composite trim with Hardie board siding.
