Bathroom Remodel/ Renovation - Grafton MA
In 2017, CORE Remodeling Services completed a beautiful and functional bathroom renovation in Grafton, MA. The centerpiece of the design is the Sterling 60" x 32" Ensemble Medley Tub/Shower Surround, paired with Symmons Chrome Tub/Shower Fixtures featuring a multi-function shower head for a versatile and relaxing shower experience.
The vanity area is highlighted by a Design Element White London 36" Free-Standing Vanity Set, which includes a spacious cabinet, an undermount sink, and a sleek top. A Symmons Chrome Single-Hole Bathroom Faucet and a matching mirror complete the setup, offering a cohesive and modern look.
To enhance the ambiance, we installed a Livex Chrome 4-Light Vanity Light, providing bright and elegant illumination. Additional touches of sophistication include Kohler Devonshire Accessories and a Kohler Polished Stainless Expanse Curved Shower Rod, adding both style and functionality.
The flooring features Statuario 4" x 12" tile in the color Carra, grouted with Bright White, creating a clean, timeless aesthetic that ties the entire space together.

I found CORE remodeling here on Yelp about 2 months before we had the work done to have our bathroom remodeled. I submitted my indication of interest to CORE as well as several other contractors in the central MA area.
Corey was by far the most professional in his follow up and initial response. He was able to come to our house and give us an estimate within 5 days, which really helped us formulate a gameplan. Included in the estimate was a full, easy to read schedule of remodeling the bathroom that helped us understand the costs. Their website also has helpful government data about the average cost of home remodeling jobs and what you can generally “Get back” when you sell the home. I made sure to double check that this was available on an official government site and was not just a marketing piece. The data is just one example of how well their website and content is organized and official. I told Corey personally that their website before and after photos and yelp reviews was 90% of the reason I went with them.
One of the best reasons to work with them is their efficient communication system while preparing and during the job. They had a very easy to use online platform where you can exchange design ideas, photos, and order supplies. My wife and I ordered the bathroom vanity, mirror, and lights all aboard this platform without having to make a bunch of calls or take time consuming trips to stores. Wow, that was a huge advantage! Anytime Corey or Mike had to come to the house for work, they used this system to easily notify us. If we had a concern about some of the work or scheduling we could message them there and they responded immediately.
Mike and Corey had a full vision from beginning to end. They supplied the site with a dumpster, portable toilet, and lockbox. They did all of the renovation during one month, most of the time when I was at work. I 100% recommend you go with their company for any bathroom, kitchen, basement remodeling needs. Their organization and top notch professional communication will save you a lifetime of time and stress”
