Composite Deck/Breezeway, Auburn, MA
Remove front concrete stairs and existing breezeway deck. Built new Trex composite deck in Clam Shell color with black Trex Reveal railings. Backside install extra wide stairs, installed a new Masonite entrance door in black with Techo retaining wall block and caps in Sandlewood color.
Breezeway floor is 4’ high. Wants stairs to go the total 9’ wide. Stair treads to be Xtra deep,
Approximately 16” so that they can be sat on comfortably.
